Endpoints for getting and setting certificate information

• Get current certificates info : GET /api2/system/ssl/cert admin
• Renew the certificates : POST /api2/system/ssl/cert/new admin
  • usage: the request body has to be empty
• Import new certificates : POST /api2/system/ssl/cert/import admin
  • usage: files have to be sent as form-data with keys: key, certificate
